Medical Services, Inc. was founded by James J. Evans nearly twenty years ago, becoming incorporated in 1989. We provide drug and alcohol testing services to many local businesses; our health care personnel also perform paramedical examinations for applicants with pending life, health, disability, or long term care policies; we can administer DNA testing for either personal use or for attorney's dealing with custody cases. Our office is located at 1075-E Sherman Avenue, Hagerstown, Maryland. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM till 5 PM; evenings and weekends by appointment. Our post-accident testing is available 24-hours-a-day, 7 days a week.

DNA Parentage Testing

     To accurately determine parentage, a series of genetic tests are performed on blood samples provided by the mother, father, and child.
